Spices - Colors of Indian Cuisine

India is a true continent that provides a wide range of regional cuisines marked by religious customs and local traditions. The Indian cuisine is divided into four parts:  In the North , the cuisine is based on milk - paneer, ghee; wheat - chapati bread, parata, naan and a lot of vegetables. In the South , rice is widely used, the fermentation technique is widely used (dosa, idly) as well as coconut. In the East is famous for its desserts (chumchum, sandesh, rassogola), and their cuisines also use a lot of rice and fish. In the West , the cuisine uses a variety of legumes - lentils, chickpeas, soya. oil, however the cities that runs along the ocean are keen on products that come from it. When traveling to different countries, we taste new dishes that we would like to bring back all the flavors at home.
